Qualification
•  Bachelor in IT, computer science, engineering, business administration or other related fields.
•  Preferred experience includes web development based on J2EE. WebSphere experience is a plus. Experience in ISV is a plus
•  1-3 years for Developer
•  3 years for Senior Developer
•  5 years for Architect. Must have object-oriented concept (OOAD), UML modeling, architecture design, and software development & testing.
•  Experience in Java-related programming including JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, J2ME, JavaScript, JavaMail, Web Services, HTML, XML etc.
•  Excellent analytical skills
•  Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints
•  Able to work in a dynamic environment which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
•  Excellent communication skills (English is required) for Architect

Responsibilities
•  Develop web-based application running on WebSphere Application Server (WAS) using J2EE standard tools
•  For senior positions, lead the application development team which includes developers, system administrators, DBAs, etc.
•  Study and understand the system specification prepared by consultant team
•  Document programming specification, detailed technical design and specification
•  Unit test assigned modules
•  Work with consultant team to support system test and user acceptance test activities
•  Research on new technologies, frameworks and tools
•  Tune web-based architecture including application server, web server, database, etc.
