Job Details
Involve in recruiting process such as scheduling, conducting interview, follow-up and preparing contract.
Perform new hire orientation
Oversee employee performance reviews based on company expectation framework.
Attend weekly management meetings
Oversee cross training plans and manage employee training quota.
Create and manage Weekly & Monthly Internal Control Reports – MS Excel
Provide administrative support to the executive management team

Qualification Details
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Good personality with strong excellent verbal and communication skills
Quick learner and willing to take initiative
Good Phone skills
Minimum 1 year experience in IT industry or related
Computer literate with strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
Strong English knowledge is plus
