Production Support Manager (PSM) / Application Support Team Lead
(2 positions)

 

Qualification 
  Bachelor or Master in IT, computer science, engineering or other related fields
  Understand Production Support and Service Level Agreement( SLA) process
  Strong knowledge in software development life cycle
  Business knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Retail or Telco is a plus
  Technical skills: SQL and Database. WebSphere and J2EE knowledge is a plus
  Have exposures in software development, such as CMM/CMMi or ISO Standards, is a plus
  Excellent analytical and people / client management skills
  Excellent reporting skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
  Excellent communication skills (English is required)

 

Responsibilities
  Manage Production Support team for Error tracking and bug fixing within the production environment of multiple projects based on Service Level Agreement ( SLA )
  Coordinate application updates/release together with PSM development team and client
  Able to initially analyze the root cause of the bug
  Become Customer Contact Point for related maintenance projects
  Project management in small or medium projects, such as the enhancement of existing application
  Involve in end to end Application Testing and Roll out
  Provides training, documentation and overall support to Production Support Team and clients
  Coordination of quality control activities, process documentation Production Support team and client
  Generate Monthly Report for Project Management Office( PMO ) and client
  Able work on flexible hours
